Nightmare in Crioville

– Description:
It looks like the villagers of Crioville are having nightmares every night. According to the Otters who remembered their dreams, there is a Root Nymph that looks similar to the Otters.
That Root Nymph kept repeating

"I am your King! Obey me!"
Can be obtained at Lv. 43 or higher through [Quest]
Complete the quest from Koirin, the Trade Manager in Longleaf Tree Sentry Post, then go ask the Otter by the Crioville waterhole.

The first two quests in the "Southwestern calpheon adventure journal" have been deleted from the game. No need to worry about this. Just move right along to the mansha hut.

Done the questline when it was released, still did not get the knowledge.
Tried speaking with pretty much all the NPCs around that zone, no one had the knowledge for me.

You need to do two quest chains before this one:
first this
